INSTRUCTIONS

The Game

1. Extract the rar archive
2. Open the folder and run setup.bat
3. Wait for the installation to finish

How to Play Online

4. Install Garena (included in the download)
5. Register In Garena ([Dear Guest Please Register to Get Download Links Click Here To Register])
6. Open Garena up
7. Go to Settings menu [At the upper Garena screen]
8. Once the Game Settings appear, find and click Left 4 Dead in LAN Games list on the left.
9. In Executable Settings, browse to your left4dead.exe, eg: C:\Program Files\Left 4 Dead\left4dead.exe
10. In Game Bootstrap Parameters write "+sv_allow_lobby_connect_only 0 +sv_lan 1" { for anyone having problem to connect with server, u can set this to '-concole' } and follow the step under JOINING GAME instruction. After pressing '~' type connect 192.168.29.xx @ connect 192.168.29.xxxx for IP.
11. Click OK
12. Enter the Left 4 Dead lobby
13. Select a room, the at the bottom-right of the chat-box click "start game"
14. The game should start, and at the left bottom of the screen there will be a "Friends Playing" Box, click it and enjoy!

Update Left 4 dead for more game rooms in-game

15. Run v1009 [patch].exe (included in the download)
16. Run [L4D] Standalone 1.13.exe (also included)

Console in non-american keyboards

17. Browse to Left 4 Dead/left4dead/cfg
18. Open config.cfg using notepad
19. At the end of the file write:
bind"F10""toggleconsole"
20. Save and exit notepad
21. Go to file proprieties on config.cfg and, on atributes, tick "Read only" so it blocks left 4 dead from deleting the line of code you just done.
